We are looking for an experienced, high-impact Client Director to join our vibrant Chicago office. As a key leader in the rapidly expanding US arm of our global, independent agency, you won't just manage accounts-you'll be a strategic architect for some of the world's most iconic brands, with a strong focus on branding/identity and CPG.


The Role in Detail

You are a proactive leader ready to hit the ground running. Splitting your focus between Chicago and European offices, you will act as a trusted partner and "critical friend" to senior clients, ensuring we don't just meet expectations, but redefine them.



  • Relationship Architect: Maintain and deepen C-suite relationships, ensuring long-term loyalty and partnership.
  • Growth Driver: Identify untapped opportunities, lead winning pitches, and take commercial responsibility for account scaling.
  • Global Collaborator: Seamlessly manage complex projects across time zones, uniting strategy and creative teams
  • Mentor & Coach: Nurture the next generation of client services talent, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Proven track record in a global agency setting, ideally within the CPG sector.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of the branding lifecycle-from high-level strategy and design to activation and comms.
  • Commercial Savvy: Expert-level management of client budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
  • Leadership: Significant experience managing senior-level stakeholders and direct reports.
  • Reporting to: Managing Director (US)
