Aquent is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Website Specialist to join our client's Growth Marketing team. In this pivotal contract role, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital journey for customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality, and engaging experience across all touchpoints. Your expertise will directly influence the online presence of an iconic brand, driving strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes for its primary digital platform. This is your chance to contribute to a forward-looking team, where your passion for web performance and customer-centric design will directly translate into tangible business success and an enhanced user experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Website Manager and Assistant Website Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day website activities and larger initiatives.
* Collaborate with diverse business partners across marketing, product, user experience, design, analytics, IT, and agency teams to ensure web deliverables are clear, feasible, and aligned with strategic priorities.
* Conduct thorough reviews of all created web materials, including pages, modules, content, and basic user experience flows, to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, established standards, and project requirements before deployment.
* Contribute to the development of tailored, customer-centric site experiences, effectively translating overarching business objectives into engaging on-site content and intuitive customer journeys.
* Support daily interactions with analytics and insights partners to continuously monitor site performance, identify areas for improvement, and help optimize pages, templates, and user flows for maximum effectiveness.
* Engage with peers across various marketing and digital departments to share learnings, foster collaboration, and align ways of working to ensure a cohesive and coordinated digital experience for customers. **Required Skills & Experience** * 2+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or related fields such as digital program management, site operations, or UX/website production.
* Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating complex, integrated website or digital initiatives, including site releases, content migrations, experimentation programs, or multi-channel launches that incorporate the website.
* Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions and drive optimizations for digital experiences.
* Experience working with or managing agency partners and external vendors on digital or web projects.
* Proven ability to lead or support cross-functional efforts, effectively coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
* A forward-looking performance marketer mindset, excited about leveraging digital platforms as a key business-driving channel, comfortable in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
* Strong interest in enabling change and contributing to the delivery of best-in-class digital and website experiences for customers.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, including meticulous planning, effective time management, and strong organizational discipline.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise updates for various audiences.
* High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a proactive bias toward action in a dynamic work environment.
* Affinity for facilitating collaboration and problem-solving across teams with different priorities and perspectives.
