We are thrilled to invite a highly skilled professional to join our client's dynamic team, where you will become an integral part of their campaign management operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and executing sophisticated email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns, directly shaping how a globally recognized brand connects with its vast customer base. Your expertise will not only optimize customer communications but also drive significant engagement and deliver tangible results, making a real difference in every interaction.

What You'll Do



  • Design, configure, and deploy intricate campaign workflows for transactional and marketing email and SMS messaging within specialized campaign management platforms (including specific versions and related orchestration systems).
  • Develop and maintain high-quality HTML templates across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Create, test, and optimize custom JavaScript scripts for advanced data manipulation and personalized content delivery.
  • Partner with diverse stakeholders to seamlessly integrate and rigorously test internal applications via APIs.
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot campaign environments, collaborating with marketing technology and internal technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Apply deep knowledge of email best practices, including deliverability, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a diverse workload, communicating progress and timelines with clarity and precision.


What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)



  • 10+ years of senior-level experience as a Campaign Developer, demonstrating exceptional proficiency with leading campaign management platforms.
  • Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certified
  • Experience with Adobe v7 (3+ year)
  • Experience with Adobe v8 (4+ year)
  • Experience with Adobe AJO (2+ year)
  • Experience with AEM (2+ year)
  • Experience with Message Center (2+ year)
  • Expert-level HTML skills, including the ability to create and modify complex templates.
  • Strong proficiency in CSS for styling and layout.
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and personalization.
  • Proven experience in debugging and resolving defects across HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.


Practical experience with industry-standard email rendering tools.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)



  • A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience.
  • Foundational understanding of Information Technology practices.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry landscape.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in monitoring and auditing campaign performance.
