**What you'll do:**

* Perform comprehensive data management activities, including loading, system table maintenance, and rigorous data reconciliations within the global sales reporting and analysis system.

* Convert diverse file formats into system-recognized formats using spreadsheet tools for seamless data ingestion.

* Conduct regular User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and data integrity.

* Update system tables to reflect changes in reporting geography, aggregation rules, and market segment relationships.

* Investigate and resolve data anomalies, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy.

* Create and maintain monthly and quarterly global sales reports through both automated and manual processes, utilizing advanced spreadsheet skills and knowledge of underlying system tables.

* Adhere strictly to reporting schedules, guaranteeing timely delivery of accurate reports.

* Execute thorough audits of reports for accuracy and secure necessary approvals prior to distribution.

* Ensure all global sales data and reports comply with company retention policies.

* Serve as a key communicator, interfacing with global regional and market operations to facilitate the collection and consolidation of market data.

* Collaborate with IT Innovation and Technical Support teams by providing business requirements, prioritizing needs, assessing alternatives, and creating test plans for system fixes and enhancements.

* Gather and analyze requirements for enhancements and development projects related to sales reporting systems.

* Develop, maintain, and conduct User Acceptance Tests for sales reporting system enhancements and development projects.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for current business processes and proactively identify areas for improvement.

* Create and maintain training materials for end-users, data analysts, and data suppliers.

* Deliver formal and informal training sessions to users on global sales data and ad-hoc reporting.

* Provide clear and timely communications to the global user community regarding sales data and system availability.

* Facilitate meetings to resolve complex issues and build consensus on process improvements and implementation strategies.

* Support other sales operations groups with data management and reporting tasks.

**What you'll bring:**

* Demonstrated experience in data management activities, including data loading, system table maintenance, and data reconciliations.

* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software, including the ability to convert file formats and create complex reports.

* Knowledge of business intelligence tools and underlying reporting system tables.

* Proven ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve data anomalies.

* Excellent communication and follow-up skills to effectively interface with global regional and market operations.

* Flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings with global entities.

* Experience in developing and maintaining business process documentation.

* Ability to gather requirements, assess alternatives, and create test plans for system break/fixes and enhancements.

* Experience in developing and delivering training materials and sessions.

* A solid understanding of system processes and data management concepts.
