Are you a highly organized and communicative program management professional ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join an IT team, where you will be instrumental in bringing structure to complex initiatives and ensuring critical technology projects move forward seamlessly. In this role, you will directly contribute to enabling development teams and supporting the operational backbone of cutting-edge technology creation, playing a pivotal role in the success of future innovations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the planning and delivery of IT programs and initiatives that enable various development teams.

* Coordinate day-to-day execution of multiple small to medium efforts across engineering, IT, and partner teams.

* Track schedules, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure progress toward delivery milestones.

* Facilitate project rhythms such as status updates, planning sessions, check-ins, and retrospectives as appropriate.

* Partner with technical leads and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, and align on priorities.

* Identify risks and issues early, escalating appropriately and helping drive resolution.

* Maintain project documentation, plans, and reporting using widely used project tracking and collaboration tools.

* Support teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs.

* Contribute to improving team processes, templates, and ways of working.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 2-4 years of experience in project or program management, preferably supporting IT, engineering, or technology teams.

* Experience working in a medium to large organization.

* Ability to coordinate work across cross-functional teams with varying priorities.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.

* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

* Experience using project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing priorities.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

* Experience supporting creative or production environments within technology sectors.

* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices.

* Exposure to technology, platform, or infrastructure-adjacent projects.

* PMP, PMI, or similar certification.
