Key Responsibilities



  • Design compelling visual assets for both digital and physical retail environments, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging.
  • Develop signage packages, fixtures, and in-store communication, applying brand visual identity across various displays.
  • Collaborate with production teams to prepare print-ready files and review proofs, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Contribute to concept development for seasonal campaigns and visual storytelling moments.
  • Design engaging, on-brand email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Translate seasonal concepts and promotional strategies into thoughtful layouts, optimizing designs based on performance insights.
  • Prepare final files for deployment, collaborating with production to ensure accurate execution.
  • Support and create on-brand, on-strategy work across all marketing channels.
  • Identify and execute process and procedural improvements to enhance efficiency and creative output.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within retail, a consumer brand, or an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both digital (email/social) and print/retail design work is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Exceptional typography and layout skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing creative boundaries.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent file organization and production accuracy.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adhere to a hybrid work schedule, including specific onsite days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and regular store visits.
  • This is a 40-hour per week position.
