As an Early Career Structural Engineer (EI/EIT), you will join a team of experienced structural professionals supporting projects ranging from facility assessments and renovations to complex new construction across a diverse portfolio of market sectors. Working alongside licensed Professional Engineers, you will gain hands-on experience in structural analysis, design, construction administration, and multidisciplinary coordination while building the technical foundation necessary for Professional Engineer (PE) licensure and long-term career growth. SUMMARY: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performs engineering assignments requiring the application of standard structural engineering principles, practices, and techniques under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis or related engineering degree from an ABET-accredited college or university. SOFTWARE SKILLS: * Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. CERTIFICATE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: * Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination.
