KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Recruiter to join our Talant & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for designated offices and practices to fulfill the fulltime and intern hiring needs, which includes but is not limited to attending on-campus events, building and maintaining candidate relationships, serving as the primary office/practice relationship contact, communicating directly with stakeholders, screening applicants, reviewing resumes, proactively providing an inclusive candidate pool for interview selection, scheduling interviews, managing the offer decision process, extending offers, and maximizing offer acceptances
  • Execute and oversee recruiting initiatives for designated offices and/or practices, including interviews, leadership programs, internship program, office visits, sell events, and student group office visits; liaise with talent acquisition (TA) Solutions and TA National Support when applicable; effectively leverage JESS team members; collaborate with HR and Resource Management in designated offices and practices as needed
  • Develop and execute a university recruiting strategy for each school within assigned portfolio. Plan and oversee campus activities and events both in person, on campus and virtual to meet current and future recruiting needs; Act as primary liaison for target campus contacts: college placement office, key faculty and student organizations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and practice leaders to develop and implement hiring strategy; incorporate national pre-ID programs to drive pipeline and fill positions in designated offices and service lines with an inclusive candidate pool; regularly report results to local/functional leaders and refine strategy as needed; manage hiring and expense budgets for designated offices and/or practices
  • Develop and maintain an inclusion and compliance plan for designated offices and practices; ensure strategies and hiring practices are in compliance with all EEO and KPMG TA policies; collaborate with other Primary Recruiters to execute a consistent recruiting strategy
  • Work closely with University Recruiters to ensure active practice participation at campus events, including those at HBCUs and HSIs; ensure University Recruiters have appropriate resources to recruit for designated offices and service lines, based on business needs; manage pre and post-offer candidate engagement process to foster continuous interaction between partners, employees and candidates
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in university talent acquisition or a related role, ideally in a professional services environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and processes in a high-impact environment; experience with ATS and CRM platforms, such as Avature is preferred
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, project management and presentation skills, along with professional maturity; ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; client-service mindset
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, and make confident and well-informed decisions while thinking proactively, creatively and strategically
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
