Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma.
At least 2 years of experience as a technician or lead technician.
II CRC Certification.
Work may only be performed on site. No remote work option.
Job Tasks:
• Direct and coordinate the daily activities of technicians in the field.
• Ensure that equipment complies with safety procedures and mitigation protocols.
• Perform initial inspections of affected properties.
• Determine the extent of water, mold, or fire damage.
• Document findings with photos and reports.
• Create a mitigation action plan based on the assessment.
• Assign tasks and necessary resources (equipment, materials, personnel).
• Ensure proper safety equipment and measures are being followed by team.
• Explain the process to the client.
• Serve as liaison between the client, technicians, and insurance adjuster.
• Obtain signatures for work authorizations, certificate of satisfaction, and/or required forms.
• Ensure that all job documentation is complete (photos, reports, worksheets).
• Use management software such as DASH, Mitigate, Docusketch or others, if applicable.
• Verify that the work is performed according to IICRC standards.
• Perform follow-up inspections.
• Supervise the correct use of equipment such as dehumidifiers, negative air, humidity meters, etc.
