You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, respond to concerns, and provide clear, professional communication and customer service to staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to our clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Carry and maintain assigned firearms and related equipment in accordance with state licensing requirements, site post orders, and Allied Universal policies.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, drive-through and/or ATM areas, and the perimeter as applicable to the location.
  • Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or potential threats, while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, complete required documentation, and communicate with site management and/or local emergency personnel as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must have 2+ years' law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
  • Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
