Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Or until the job is done)

What You Need:

• Previousproperty maintenance, facility maintenance, or handyman experiencepreferred
• Ability to use basic maintenance tools and equipment
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Able to lift up to50 lbs.and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and climbing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic

How the Day Goes:

• Perform generalproperty maintenance and repairsaround residential units and community areas
• Complete work orders for maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assist withbasic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of units and property grounds
• Help prepare units for new residents (turnovers, minor repairs, touch-ups)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and equipment
• Support the team with other maintenance tasks as needed
