Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and design training content for manufacturing processes in a multilingual environment
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify procedures, standards, and operational workflows
• Facilitate group training sessions and deliver live training when required
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) functions including course deployment and tracking
• Identify training needs and recommend effective delivery methods based on operational requirements
• Create instructional materials using tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
• Ensure training materials support compliance, safety, and operational consistency
• Organize and prioritize multiple training projects simultaneously
• Document processes and assist with technical writing for manufacturing or process documentation when needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
• Experience facilitating training sessions or compliance training programs
• Ability to quickly understand manufacturing processes and identify training solutions
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience working within a multilingual company training environment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production setting
• Video production or training video experience is a plus
