Responsibilities Industrial Systems Engineer-Semiconductor Operations Location:Santa Rosa, CA Position Summary We are seeking anIndustrial Systems Engineering tolead theendtoendfactory performance across HFTC semiconductor operations, with explicit accountability for Capacity, OEE, and Flow optimization across the full HFTC ecosystem. This role is ahandsontechnical leader who partners closely with Operations, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Planning/Supply Chain, andBusinessIT/OTto translate business demand into measurable improvements in throughput, cycle time, delivery predictability, and cost. The role will be based at our HQ in Santa Rosa, CA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa area. This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
