ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Recruiter with WillScot, you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation by directly impacting the quality of candidates we hire through recruiting top quality talent and building strategic and meaningful partnerships with our internal and external customers, all while leveraging agile recruitment methodologies.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This will entail:



  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand the hiring need and building targeted recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Cultivating relationships with key candidates and specific talent pools, (defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization) to turn applicants from non-active to active by developing strong candidate relationships.
  • Researching market conditions and industry trends as it relates to our competitors to assist in decision-making and marketing position.
  • Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and search engines: Google Chrome, Google X-ray, advanced Boolean searching strings and niche job boards.
  • Leveraging professional network to recruit candidates for active requisitions.
  • Using social networking mediums (i.e. LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships.
  • Tracking day-to-day sourcing activity in applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree and six or more years of recruiting experience; or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with recruiting diverse, talent across various field, sales, commercial, and other disciplines
  • Documented social media savviness with extensive online networks
  • Demonstrated history of partnering and engaging with hiring managers and establishing credibility with extensive business acumen
  • Documented experience recruiting for both professional frontline exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated record of being able to pivot and switch priorities while supporting various organizations
  • Bachelors degree with ten plus years of experience
  • Experience utilizing SuccessFactors, Taleo, or Workday
