Join our Transcom family as a Product Partner Manager! Join the team transforming CX powerhouse into a tech-enabled leader, where your product roadmap will directly impact how millions of people experience customer service.

Most companies are still trying to pilot and figure out if Generative AI is useful. We moved past that stage a long time ago. We have already deployed award-winning proprietary technology, including award winning solutions that automate quality assurance and revolutionize agent training through simulation. We have the infrastructure, the data volume, and the engineering. Now, we need a Product Partner Manager to combine world-class technology partners with our global operational excellence.

You won't just be managing vendors; you will own the vision and productization of our technology solution. You will be the strategic leader ensuring that our CX partner technologies like Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Real Time Translation are transformed into seamless, market-ready services, and products that our teams and clients can win with.

What you will actually do:

  • Own the Strategy: You decide which technologies we partner and integrate and why. You'll translate high-level market needs into prioritized requirements for partner solutions, outlining timelines and value drivers.

  • Drive Economics: Innovation must be sustainable. You will build business cases, set pricing, and strictly monitor unit economics and ROI.

  • Bridge the Gap: Serve as the translator between our operations, sales, clients and engineering teams. You ensure technical execution aligns with operational reality.

  • Go-to-Market: You don't just select vendors; you drive adoption. You will collaborate with partners to ensure our Sales teams are armed with high-quality demos, battle cards, and the confidence to sell our AI capabilities.

  • Enforce Excellence: You'll maintain the "Gold Standard" for our CX product ecosystem, ensuring every product meets strict security, compliance, and scalability standards.

Who we need:

  • A Builder: 5+ years of Product (Partner) Management experience (BPO, SaaS, or AI) with a proven track record of launching products from concept to scale.

  • Technical Fluency: You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable reading system diagrams and understanding the capabilities (and limitations) of LLMs and cloud components.

  • Outcome-Driven: You prioritize based on evidence and financial impact, not hype. You are comfortable making trade-offs with incomplete information.

Why this role?

  • Real Impact: You aren't just managing products. You are orchestrating a world-class technology partner ecosystem to boost the world's most-loved brands' customer experience.

  • Autonomy: You will have the freedom to shape your own approach and actively influence how processes evolve across the organization.

  • Support & Growth: We offer a personalized development plan and a dedicated education budget.

  • Higher education degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • 5+ years of Product Partner Management experience

  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Collaborative, optimistic, and transparent with a high degree of urgency.
