As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy hotels and resorts location, you will monitor guest areas, walk routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist with badge checks as needed, and communicate clearly with guests, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest concerns, disturbances, medical situations, and property-related issues.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, back-of-house spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing guests and vendors to appropriate locations.
• Complete detailed reports of incidents, patrol activity, and service calls, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
