*Position: *Trade Processing Analyst
*Environment: *Hybrid in Charlotte, NC *Duration: *Contract for 10 Months (Likelihood to Extend/Convert Permanent) *Job Summary* The Fixed Income Trade Operations Analyst supports the endtoend processing, settlement, and reconciliation of fixed income trades with a focus on FICCeligible activity and Sponsored Repo. This role ensures accurate trade capture, timely settlements, and effective resolution of breaks and discrepancies while partnering closely with front office, middle office, and external counterparties. *Responsibilities* * Validate and process trade transactions for fixed income products and FICCeligible activity in internal and external systems * Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement cycles to ensure accurate and timely settlement, particularly for Sponsored Repo and FICC netting workflows * Reconcile fixed income activity with custodians, brokers, clearing agents, and counterparties using Broadridge Impact and related platforms * Collaborate with front office, middle office, and external parties to research and resolve trade breaks, failed settlements, and discrepancies * Maintain accurate transaction records and support audit, regulatory, and operational reporting requirements * Assist with workflow improvements, system updates, and process enhancements to strengthen posttrade operational efficiency *Skills and Qualifications* * Strong familiarity with fixed income trade processing and settlements, including repo and related instruments * Handson experience with FICC netting products, including Sponsored Repo * Working knowledge of Broadridge Impact for trade capture, settlement, or reconciliation processes * Experience in trade operations, middle office, or settlements within a brokerdealer or investment firm * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for handling trade breaks, exceptions, and reconciliations * Familiarity with DTCC, FICC, Bloomberg, or SWIFT messaging (preferred) * Understanding of trade lifecycle events for fixed income, repo, and other credit products * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced settlement environment * Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables * Strong problemsolving, communication, and documentation skills *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
