In this role, you will be dedicated to specific projects-scoping project briefs; creating, managing, and tracking workback schedules and project trackers; and collaborating with the traffic manager to resource the work. This role will schedule and lead meetings, identifying action items, roles and responsibilities, making sure plans are adhered to or modified as needed. The Creative Producer will raise any concerns around risks while helping craft solutions, and keep all parties informed of status and next steps. This role will collate the different workstreams for complex projects and function as the source of truth for the team as well as our stakeholders, serving as one main POC. The focus of this Creative Producer role will be supporting and project managing Brand Design Motions Graphics and Social delivery and but will also manage other projects such as campaigns, events, and brand asset creation and management. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Brand Operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
