The Marketing Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting internal teams by managing a variety of project requests that could span both traditional marketing initiatives and the launch of new technologies. This position requires a flexible individual who can pivot between project management responsibilities, such as coordinating marketing materials and launching event registration tools. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * The individual will take project requests and direction primarily from internal team members, working closely with other account managers in the marketing department to gather requirements and execute tasks. This role is not client-facing, focusing instead on internal collaboration. * Daily responsibilities will include creating social media posts using Canva templates for conferences, updating website content for new hires (e.g., bios and headshots), and other quick-turnaround projects. The tasks can vary widely, meaning no two days will look the same, as they will depend on the immediate needs of approximately 600 bankers. * Most of the information gathering will occur with guidance from team members, allowing the Marketing Project Manager to focus on execution. While meetings will be minimal-primarily for collecting information-the role may involve one or two longer-term research projects to fill in gaps. The position requires an individual who can efficiently manage quick-turn projects, whether it's creating social media content, drafting emails, or preparing newsletters, often on short notice. The ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential, as requests can come in unexpectedly. -Receive and execute project requests from internal stakeholders. -Collaborate with account managers within the marketing department. -Create, organize, and manage marketing materials based on specific directions. -Work with approximately 600 bankers to fulfill varied marketing needs.Interview Focus AreasAttention to detail and thoroughness in project management. -Experience managing time and handling high-pressure situations.Examples of past project successes and how mistakes were managed. -Ability to demonstrate professionalism and effective communication. Qualifications* -Financial Services Helpful, but not required. -Adaptability: Ability to work on diverse projects and pivot as needed. -Coachable Attitude: Open to feedback and continuous learning. -Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and professional polish. -Experience in Event Coordination: Familiarity with creating materials for conferences and events is beneficial. -Organizational Skills: Must be able to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Petersburg, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
