BGO - Associate, Client Services

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Associate of Client Services serves as BGO's ambassador for tenant experience across the US office and industrial portfolio. This pivotal role serves as a liaison to asset management, tenants, property management, and 3rd party vendors to execute BGO's tenant engagement and retention strategy. The position demands a hospitality mindset and relationship management expertise to maintain tenant satisfaction at the highest level across BGO's US Office and Industrial portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement an experience-led, data-driven workplace services platform aligned with BGO's investment strategy
  • Create and manage a comprehensive national tenant experience strategy, including annual operating budget and capital plan
  • Drive innovation by researching industry trends and implementing best practices across the portfolio
  • Establish performance dashboards to monitor and improve workplace services programs

Tenant Experience Management

  • Manage tenant engagement throughout lease lifecycle with emphasis on move-in, maintenance resolution, special requests, and renewals
  • Oversee tenant onboarding process and communication strategy
  • Design workplace experiences that either BGO, property management or tenants can offer to foster community and provide conveniences that help retain labor

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with tenants to understand their business needs, support their goals, and identify opportunities for growth within the BGO portfolio
  • Meet annually with all tenants to understand their needs and experience
  • Maintain regular communication with BGO leadership on performance metrics and opportunities
  • Collaborate with property management, security, and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop partnerships with community organizations and local businesses for engagement opportunities
  • Manage vendor relationships while maximizing utilization of preferred and diverse suppliers

Operational Excellence

  • Integrate workplace experience programs into facilities management services
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain functionality and aesthetic integrity
  • Negotiate and manage tenant engagement contracts and vendor relationships
  • Implement data-driven approaches to measure program success and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure all tenant requests are handled promptly with tailored, high-quality service

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality and customer experience management
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Experience in asset management and/or facilities/property management for Class A office, hospitality or industrial properties
  • Analytical ability to leverage data for decision-making and improvement

This role requires a unique blend of hospitality expertise, operational excellence, and strategic vision to elevate BGO's tenant experience across the national office and industrial portfolio.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 132,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
