We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking a Video Manager for County Materials Corp. at Marathon City, WI. The Video Manager leads all phases of video production planning, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality, engaging video content that supports our brand and marketing goals. This role partners closely with the Marketing Team and internal customers to develop creative concepts, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure all content is delivered on time and aligned with strategy. The Video Manager also provides leadership and guidance to the Video Team, supporting performance, growth, and successful execution of the department's video strategy. Job Duties:
- Manage video and photography projects with clear communication, strong organization, and timely feedback.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive video content strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead and support the Video Team and external production partners.
- Participate in channel lead meetings and contribute creative ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and internal clients to interpret scripts, plan production, and deliver content on schedule.
- Brainstorm, storyboard, and pitch creative concepts that resonate with key audiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct on-site video shoots.
- Capture high-quality B-roll, photos, interviews, and event footage.
- Edit videos using professional video editing software, motion graphics, visual effects, and audio enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
- Stay current on video production trends, digital media tools, and creative techniques.
- Maintain organized digital asset management systems for video and photo libraries.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Work Environment:
- Office-based environment with hybrid flexibility as needed.
- Up to 20% travel required, primarily day trips.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent sitting, talking, and hearing; standing and walking occasionally.
- Occasional need to climb and lift 10-40 pounds.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in photography, videography, marketing, digital media, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional video production experience.
- 2+ years of project or team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage video projects from concept through final delivery.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative style and technical capability required.
- Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
- Drone operator license preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom), Final Cut Pro, and Microsoft Office.
- Mac OS experience required.
