About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Program & Analytics Manager to partner with the VP of Enterprise Implementations & Project Management Office (PMO) in driving operational excellence, cross-functional program delivery, and data-driven decision-making across enterprise initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of program leadership and analytics. You will oversee complex, cross-functional programs while building the reporting infrastructure and performance insights that enable executive visibility, predictability, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in scaling delivery rigor, improving implementation performance, and ensuring the PMO operates as a high-impact strategic function.

What you'll do



  • Program Leadership & Delivery Excellence

    • Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional enterprise programs from planning through execution.
    • Establish program governance frameworks, milestones, risk management practices, and executive reporting structures.
    • Partner with Implementation, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Customer teams to drive alignment and accountability.
    • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps; drive mitigation plans to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
    • Standardize program management best practices across the PMO.


  • Analytics & Performance Management

    • Develop and own executive dashboards and KPI frameworks for enterprise implementations and PMO performance.
    • Analyze delivery metrics (e.g., timelines, resource utilization, margin, client health, risk indicators) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
    • Partner with Finance and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and performance tracking.
    • Build scalable reporting processes that reduce manual effort and increase transparency.


  • Strategic Operations & PMO Enablement

    • Support annual and quarterly planning processes for Enterprise Implementations.
    • Drive capacity planning and resource allocation modeling.
    • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
    • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the VP.
    • Contribute to tooling strategy (e.g., project management systems, BI platforms, reporting automation).


  • Stakeholder & Executive Communication

    • Prepare executive-ready materials for business reviews, board updates, and strategic planning sessions.
    • Facilitate cross-functional program reviews and operating cadences.
    • Serve as a thought partner to the VP on organizational scaling, performance management, and prioritization decisions.





What experience you bring (Role Requirements)



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology or a related degree.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategic operations, consulting, analytics, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience in enterprise implementations, SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with PMO frameworks and portfolio management.
  • Experience with capacity planning and forecasting models.
  • SQL proficiency or experience working closely with data teams.
  • PMP, Agile, or related certifications (a plus).
  • Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience building executive dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence and written/oral communication skills.

Pay range: $140,000 - $150,000 USD

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
