Overview

The Senior Pricing Analyst role sits in a highly visible position, partnering directly with the Chief Transformation Officer to shape and optimize our enterprise pricing strategy. You'll play a critical role in influencing revenue, margin, and overall market positioning.

In this role, you will:

    Lead complex pricing initiatives tied to key business transformation efforts
  • Build and refine pricing models that drive profitability and sustainable growth
  • Translate data into clear, executive-level insights that inform decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to align pricing strategies
  • Design and implement scalable, data-driven pricing tools and workflows
  • Own customer rate reviews and pricing governance to ensure consistency and competitiveness

Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex pricing models into business strategy. You will partner with Sales and leadership teams to articulate pricing frameworks, guide decision-making, and ensure alignment between analytics and commercial outcomes.



Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy, Modeling & Commercial Impact
  • Lead the design and evolution of advanced pricing models that directly influence revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall commercial strategy
  • Translate complex data-cost structures, labor, market dynamics, and customer behavior-into clear, actionable pricing frameworks
  • Build and execute scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to quantify risk, forecast outcomes, and guide high-impact business decisions
  • Identify and drive margin expansion opportunities by aligning pricing strategies with customer segmentation, contract structures, and long-term value
Sales Partnership & Commercial Enablement
  • Partner directly with Sales and Account Management to bring pricing models to life-walking through logic, structure, and outputs in a way that drives confidence and adoption
  • Equip customer-facing teams with data-driven insights and clear pricing rationale that strengthen negotiations and improve close rates
  • Act as a strategic advisor in deal shaping-helping Sales understand how pricing decisions impact profitability, competitiveness, and long-term growth
  • Influence commercial strategy by challenging assumptions, guiding trade-offs, and aligning pricing decisions with business objectives
Pricing Systems, Tools & Automation
  • Partner with IT to build and scale pricing tools, automated workflows, and dashboards that enable faster, more accurate decision-making
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements to ensure pricing models are embedded into scalable systems and processes
  • Continuously improve pricing infrastructure by ensuring data integrity, model accuracy, and long-term scalability
Customer Pricing & Revenue Optimization
  • Own customer rate reviews end-to-end, delivering clear, data-backed recommendations that protect and expand margin
  • Provide cost-to-serve analysis and pricing insights that inform contract strategy and long-term account value
  • Support negotiation strategy by identifying pricing levers that drive both win rates and profitability
Leadership, Influence & Governance
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert in pricing strategy and analytics, influencing decisions across Sales, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership
  • Lead pricing discussions and governance forums, presenting executive-ready insights that drive alignment and action
  • Enable the broader organization by training stakeholders on pricing models, tools, and best practices, elevating overall commercial capability
  • Partner with Estimating to improve quote accuracy, pricing consistency, and margin protection across the business


Qualifications

Required

You're someone who thrives at the intersection of business, data, and technology. You've led initiatives where you had to bring structure to ambiguity-working across teams, gathering requirements, and turning ideas into scalable solutions that drive real outcomes.

You don't just analyze problems-you build frameworks, align stakeholders, and move work forward.

  • Worked across functions like Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT, helping connect the dots between data, systems, and business decisions
  • Built or improved models, tools, or processes that made the business more efficient, more informed, or more profitable
  • Translated complex concepts into clear, actionable insights that stakeholders can actually use
  • Partnered with technical teams to bring solutions to life, from concept through implementation

You're comfortable working with data (Excel, dashboards, or similar tools), but more importantly-you understand how to use data to influence decisions and drive impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience building or improving pricing models.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially with technical/IT teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and confidently.
