Department OverviewManages state/local sales directly to end-users of the organization's products or services in a large specified geographic area, or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis. Job DescriptionStrategic Vision Casting - Within the parameters of the corporate strategy, the incumbent must utilize strong leadership and communication skills to cast a clear vision to execute the strategy. Lead Change - Provide an environment where changes in market focus, product performance, and customer requirements are communicated and acted upon. Drive Results - Establish an environment of ownership while understanding the business goals for the territory and the individual contributors for achieving those goals. Grow Sales - Business is high growth, as a Service (SaaS) business with continued increase in Recurring Software Revenue. Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 -$115,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
