Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for supporting MHS organizational performance through facilitation and coordination of improvement activities that contribute to developing MHS leaders and their ability to succeed in direct alignment with the MHS mission, vision, and key organizational priorities. The scope of this function will be in both the operations of business processes and clinical practice areas throughout MultiCare Health System. The goal of this position is to extend OE Consultant capacity. Day to day work assignments and performance management will be handled by OE Consultant.
(This is a temporary non-benefited position with a duration of at least 10 weeks, not to exceed 6 months.)

Minimum Requirements:
Facilitation/performance improvement experience (class projects, work experiences) or training.
Knowledge of change management models and concepts preferred.
Training, coursework or experience facilitating problem solving work sessions, or experience working in a corporate environment where these tools and methods were used preferred.
Experience working in corporate environment preferred.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Currently enrolled in bachelor's degree program.
Upper division coursework towards Bachelors' degree in relevant subject matter. (e.g. Process Improvement, Operations Management, Quality, Supply Chain.)

Flat rate of $20/HR for duration of internship.

This is a temporary non-benefited position with a duration of at least 10 weeks

FTE: 0.01 Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday-Thursday as MultiCare professional. Friday professional day with Degrees of Change.
