Job Description Come lead a national practice and shape the future of environmental remediation. Terracon is seeking a National Director for SCREM to set the strategic direction and drive growth for one of our most critical and dynamic environmental practices. In partnership with executive leadership, this role leads a $100M+ national business, guiding teams that deliver innovative, highimpact site investigation, characterization, and remediation solutions-from straightforward projects to the most complex challenges. What You'll Do Set and execute the national SCREM strategy, aligned with Terracon's Environmental Service Line and 2030 Strategic Plan Drive profitable growth, owning P&L performance, pricing strategy, forecasting, and key performance metrics Lead and support practice leaders nationwide, ensuring consistent, safe, and highquality delivery Advance innovation, including modern investigation methods, data management, digital tools, and remediation technologies Serve as a trusted executive leader and SME on complex, highrisk projects Build and grow talent, strengthening succession, leadership development, and professional career paths Expand client relationships and market presence, partnering across sectors and accounts Represent Terracon as a thought leader, through conferences, publications, and industry engagement What You Bring A strong safetyfirst mindset Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, geoscience, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred) 20+ years of experience leading multiregional or national environmental practices PE, PG, or equivalent professional registration (multistate licensure capability) Proven success in strategic growth, P&L leadership, and client development Exceptional leadership, communication, and changemanagement skills Preferred: experience with digital transformation, innovation deployment, sustainability integration, and recognized SCREM thought leadership.
