Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE + Full Benefits package Schedule: M - F / 6:00am - 2:30pm BBSI has partnered with a well-established industrial equipment manufacturer based in the Inland Empire. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Operations Specialist to manage the full customer order lifecycle while delivering exceptional service and operational support. Job Summary This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, accounting, and operations ensuring orders are processed accurately, timelines are met, and customers receive proactive communication every step of the way. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating a seamless customer experience through strong follow-through and attention to detail.
