Requisition ID req35943 Working Title Operations Manager Position Grade 13 Position Summary The Admissions Office is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and manage a multifaceted admissions operations team. This person will oversee several areas of operations and manage a team of Admissions Office staff consisting of varied job positions, grade levels, and skills. This position requires strong organizational skills as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. A positive outlook, and the ability to motivate staff during peak processing times while still meeting tight turnaround processing deadlines is a key component to the success of this position. The Operations Manager often interacts with staff, students, and parents/families of applicants. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this position, and professional appearance and demeanor are required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience managing at least one of the following functional areas: fiscal services, administration and/or human resources AND 3 years of additional experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
