Customer Service Associate

Working in a Retail Customer Service Center, handling inbound and outbound customer service situations within a team environment. Answer phones and Input phone orders, faxed in orders and handle inquiries regarding products and specific orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Help customers with orders via the phone. (keying orders, updating, locating, item inquiry, or order status)
• Assist Front Sales when needed
• Assist Outside Sales Reps when required
• Responding to customers via email in regards to orders purchased or future purchases

Qualification/requirement:

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Sharp communication skills
• Professional grammar, voice and diction
• Advanced PC skills working with multi faceted internet based applications

High School Diploma or GED.

1 year of Retail Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
