Summary:

Goldbelt Apex LLC seeks a highly experienced Program Coordinator to spearhead cutting-edge research and innovation within the Defense Health Agency Hearing Center of Excellence. This opportunity will allow you to pioneer the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing and balance injuries.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Management and filtering of official organizational tasks to include tracking project timelines and deliverables
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assists in the development of reports, presentations, and other organizational tasks, ensuring all materials are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Moderates and leads pertinent organizational meetings and disseminate agendas/meeting minutes as assigned.
  • Coordinates with DHA Continuing Education Program Office for content reviews of HCE training products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel
  • Demonstrated error-free work
  • Critical thinking skills along with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to resolve problems and set priorities
  • The ability to be flexible/adaptable to a changing and unpredictable workflow
  • Ability to prioritize tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or 2-3 years of administrative services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $68,000 annually.
