The Adobe Fonts and Type team plays a foundational role across Adobe's entire suite of creative tools, and we are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead typography into the era of generative and AI-assisted design. In this role, we are looking for a proven visionary and technically proficient individual to lead the next wave of innovation; championing a clear product vision for typography that is deeply integrated with Adobe Firefly, Acrobat, Express, and the whole of Creative Cloud enabling creators to work faster, explore more freely, and express themselves with greater control and trust. In Washington, the pay range for this position is $211,000 - $305,500 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
