This11-week summer internship is designed forseniorundergraduate, Master's, or PhD studentsseeking exposure to a professional, corporate environment. The internship is project-based, with each intern assigned one clearly defined project aligned to the hosting department's priorities.

The role emphasizes learning, skill development, and practical application of academic knowledge while contributing to meaningful work.

Project Scope:

The Digital Operations Intern will support website development through an 11week strategic project focused on improving efficiency and standardizing processes to acceleratewebsitetimetodeployment. Key responsibilities include assisting with thefonttransition by coordinating across Websubject matterexpertise(SME),third party vendors, Regulatory, and agency partners to interpret audit results and manage implementation of font updates. The intern will also help standardize HTML PDF assets by tracking digital materials,identifyingformatting gaps, and partnering with Agencies of Record to ensure compliance. Additionally, they will support theGenerative Engine Optimization (GEO)initiative by managing meetinglogistics, tracking action items, and coordinating between Web SME and Marketing to review prompts and analysis outputs.

  • Analyze data or information and draw actionable conclusions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders as appropriate
  • Communicate progress and challenges proactively
  • Deliver a final presentation with findings, outcomes, and recommendations

Minimum Requirements:

  • Senior undergraduate, Master's, or PhD student at time of internship
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High level of initiative and accountability
