Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Maintain up-to-date system records of all on-site service inventory.
  • Perform daily postings for receipts and shipments in the SAP system.
  • Cycle counting - maintain inventory using the SAP system.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts.
  • Maintain and report site KPI for inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure inventory locations are organized and labeled correctly.
  • Communicate regarding variances.
  • Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed at all times.
  • Ensure quality service standards and compliance with internal procedures.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1st shift).

Length: Temp (6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a diverse warehouse/logistics environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interfacing with multiple internal functions.
  • Minimum 5 years of troubleshooting problem-solving experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics center environment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP / SAP EWM Warehousing systems.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory software systems and transactions.
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Good computer navigation and utilization skills.
  • OSHA 10 certification.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a 'U.S. Person', as defined in ITAR clause 120.15.   • Ability to lift heavy objects (~50lbs max.).
  • Current forklift license or ability to pass internal forklift examination.
  • Have a full range of motion and be able to kneel and bend for extended periods as the task.
  • This position needs continual use of your hands, considerable use of your arms and legs, and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
  • This position needs long periods of standing
  • The use of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and hearing protection, is utilized daily.
  • This position requires lifting and maneuvering.
  • This is a 40-hour-per-week job with occasional overtime.
