Position Title: Warehouse
Wage: $18/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Join a fast-paced warehouse team where your work actually matters. This Warehouse role is perfect for someone who likes staying active, keeping things organized, and taking pride in accuracy. You'll handle materials, prep shipments, keep inventory on track, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly - all in a clean, safe environment with hands-on training and room to grow. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Cedar Rapids, IA. Warehouse Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Load and unload materials manually or using warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks - Receive, store, and move incoming materials, products, and equipment - Pick, pack, and prepare materials for outbound shipments - Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards - Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical stock to system records and investigating discrepancies - Assist with packaging, quality control, and shipping processes - Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines Warehouse Requirements: - Ability to read and interpret written and verbal work instructions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience in packaging, picking, quality assurance/control, and shipping - Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail - Willingness to train on forklift operation and inventory control systems - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
