Maintenance Manager A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify. The Maintenance Manager - Aviation Maintenance provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of aviation maintenance activities supporting Coast Guard missions. With 10-15 years of Coast Guard aviation experience and FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification, this role ensures aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and mission readiness. The maintenance Manager oversees performing the full Continuing Airworthiness Management. It includes forecasting, planning and tracking of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, management and control of repairs, modifications, Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins, safe storage of aircraft technical records. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Maintenance Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.
