About the Role

As the HR Business Partner, Corporate Development, you will sit at the center of our growth agenda-shaping talent strategies that enable business success and accelerate value creation. You will partner closely with global commercial leaders, building trusted relationships and influencing across levels to foster a high-performing, people-first culture. This role goes beyond traditional HR, focusing on unlocking potential through transformational initiatives that strengthen go-to-market capabilities and future-proof our talent. This opportunity can be fully remote.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business and functional strategies into clear people and organizational priorities aligned to enterprise vision and execution

  • Partner with business leaders to interpret needs and design integrated organizational solutions across talent, structure, culture, and processes

  • Collaborate with global leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to develop and deliver talent initiatives aligned to business objectives

  • Identify change requirements and lead the implementation of evolving organizational structures, leadership models, and talent programs

  • Influence, educate, and coach leaders on team effectiveness, change management, and leadership capability development

  • Partner with HR Services and Centers of Excellence (e.g., compensation, talent management, talent acquisition) to ensure HR programs are aligned and effectively executed

  • Lead high-impact projects in support of business, client group, and HR functional priorities

  • Learn, model, and reinforce the enterprise culture as a source of competitive advantage

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline (e.g., Psychology)

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in organizational design, integrated talent management, and/or organizational change within complex business environments

  • Experience partnering internationally and supporting commercial teams strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders in roles requiring influence without direct authority

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and pre-sale efforts

  • Compensation or HR analytics experience preferred

  • Ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional partners

  • Proven capability to think strategically while driving execution and implementation

  • Demonstrated effectiveness working in ambiguous environments where solutions are not predefined

  • Strong strategic thinking applied to functional plan development and execution

  • Ability to establish credibility through integrity, accountability, and follow-through; proactive mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and operate as a trusted thought partner

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification preferred

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and CRM systems

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed, Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
