Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Internal Audit in performing internal audit and corporate compliance duties.
  • Assist with cash control duties.
  • Perform surprise cash counts.
  • Assist with annual physical inventory process.
  • Perform audits and reviews as directed.
  • Assist with corporate compliance activities.
  • Ability to assign project to others

Education and Experience

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in business administration with concentration in accounting or other related area preferred.
Minimum 5 years audit experience in health care industry preferred


Certification and Licensure

Skills and Abilities
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical/interpretive skills.
High degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in application of computers and software programs such as Excel.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive
variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Database software;
the Internet; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
