Job Description:

The CX Data Coordinator ensures the accuracy, integrity, and security of Customer Experience (CX) data through detailed data entry, ongoing audits, and timely resolution of discrepancies in a fast-paced environment. This highly detail-oriented role partners across CX, Business Systems, and other stakeholders to maintain data continuity, improve operational processes, and support departmental goals. The Coordinator develops reporting and dashboards, automates recurring reports, maintains process documentation, and trains team members on effective data practices to drive efficiency and data excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management (30%):

  • Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.

  • Regularly audit and verify the integrity of data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data and take corrective actions.

  • Communicate project timelines and updates to various stakeholders.

  • Coordinate, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment during benchmark periods.

Data Quality Assurance (15%):

  • Implement and enforce data quality standards and protocols.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across all organizational systems.

  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvement.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve data quality processes.

  • Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.

Collaboration (20%):

  • Work closely with other teams, such as Business Systems, Product Data Integrity, IT, Human Resources, etc. to understand data requirements and ensure data consistency.

  • Collaborate with various levels of management within the department to align on project goals and deadlines.

  • Provide support to colleagues in accessing and interpreting data as needed across the department.

Reporting (20%):

  • Generate and distribute routine reports based on established schedules.

  • Assist in the development of custom reports for special projects across CX.

  • Create automated reporting processes where possible to streamline data delivery to stakeholders and increase efficiency.

Documentation (5%):

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to data entry procedures and standards.

  • Develop and update data dictionaries to ensure consistent terminology across the department/organization.

Training and Support (5%):

  • Train new staff on data entry procedures and best practices to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members regarding data-related queries and issues.

Data Security (5%):

  • Implement and adhere to data security and privacy policies to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data protection measures are in place and up-to-date.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., information management, business, computer science) or equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience in data entry and data management roles

  • Strong proficiency in data entry software and database systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Understanding of data security and privacy best practices

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Developing data models and algorithms

  • Ability to learn and adopt new tools and methods for data collection and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

  • Knowledge of basic programming languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus

  • Experience with data cleaning and transformation processes

  • Previous experience in a similar industry or domain is advantageous

  • Enthusiasm for and comfort within a fast-paced company culture

  • Certified PM or agile PM certification

    What we offer:

    Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $69,000 - $79,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
