Job Description This position begins as a full-time regular team member working 40-50 hour per week with approved overtime. The Gluer is responsible for proper glue preparation and application of products to specifications. Job Requirements Read and comprehend required documents Lift parts and maneuver in-process furniture 25+ lbs Stand/Walk on hard surfaces (concrete floors) for 8+ hours Understand and practice gluing processes Ability to become proficient in use of air tools including spray guns, screwdrivers, etc. Have an eye for Quality and finishing touches Support and engage in our programs including Stamp in Quality, Behavior Based Safety and 6S Ability to adapt and manage change Be team oriented Proven history or ability to demonstrate safe / responsible behavior, and a positive performance record (including attendance) EEO Statement The Company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law.
