Job Summary

Become an integral part of our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Operator III. This full-time role offers a stimulating work environment where you will be essential in driving efficient production operations and upholding the highest quality standards. Experience with a side loader is a huge plus!

This role is a 2nd shift role.

Primary Duties
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to ensure uninterrupted production while adhering to all safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks, identifying potential equipment issues before they impact production.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of production output, machine downtime, and quality control data using company-approved digital systems.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and supervisors to troubleshoot production problems, propose solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Strictly comply with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines to foster a safe and compliant workplace for all employees.
  • Participate actively in training programs by mentoring new operators, sharing expertise, and promoting best practices to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Ensure all manufacturing activities align with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance protocols, supporting continuous product excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to quality control inspections by reporting and resolving discrepancies, and participating in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist with inventory management by ensuring materials are handled properly and waste is minimized throughout the production process.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operating a variety of manufacturing machinery within a fast-paced production environment, demonstrating capability to maintain consistent performance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to upholding safety measures, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to accurately follow complex instructions, SOPs, and quality guidelines to deliver products meeting company specifications.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling clear and respectful collaboration with peers, supervisors, and cross-departmental teams to support production goals.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, using a proactive approach to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
  • Familiarity with production tracking technologies, data entry accuracy, and basic troubleshooting of software tools related to manufacturing processes.
  • Dependable work ethic marked by consistent punctuality, adaptability to shift requirements, and flexibility to respond to dynamic production demands.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, embracing feedback and training opportunities to grow professionally.
  • Experience with a Heavy Duty Forklift - Side loader is a plus.

Education / Experience

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing or production operations is essential, with additional consideration for candidates who possess vocational training, certifications, or formal education related to manufacturing technology, equipment operation, or workplace safety. Relevant hands-on experience or apprenticeship programs in industrial environments will be advantageous.

The US base rate for this full-time position is 22.5. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
