What You'll Do Day-To-Day

Under broad supervision, designs and implements a wide array of technical solutions to support business requirements and increase efficiency. Works with end-users and other technical personnel to fully define, implement and maintain these systems while also providing testing, training and technical support as needed. Provides leadership on large scale projects and may also provide supervision to other Technical Architects.

    Work with other technical leads to automate/enhance programming practices.
  • Design and lead implementation of technical solutions consistent with Roadmaps.
  • Work with stakeholders to fully understand and validate customer needs.
  • Provide specifications, prototypes, and technical documentation.
  • Define technical standards and functionality tests.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technical or business field with a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Expert knowledge in a variety of Information Technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
  • Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions/specifications.
  • Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Duo or similar) to enhance software development efficiency and code quality.
  • Ability to evaluate AI generated output for correctness, security, and performance.
  • Strong communication skills to translate AI capabilities into practical team benefits.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern development workflows.
  • Strong programming background in languages such as .NET, Python, C#, Java.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
