Role Purpose:

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Lead to drive integrated marketing initiatives across the Leasing Advisory division throughout the AM region. This senior leadership position reports to the Global Head of Marketing and is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support business growth across the Leasing Advisory service line while strengthening JLL's market positioning across US, Canada and LATAM and markets.

The successful candidate will lead cross-divisional marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration Leasing Advisory services marketing. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to manage complex, multi-market campaigns while fostering collaboration between diverse business units and geographical markets.

What this job involves:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute integrated marketing strategy that support Leasing Advisory services across all AM markets.
  • Cross-Border Campaign Management: Lead the development and implementation of AM-wide marketing campaigns that leverage synergies between Leasing Advisory offerings and the enterprise-wide offering.
  • Regional Market Coordination: Collaborate with regional directors and country heads across AM to ensure marketing alignment with local market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee substantial marketing budgets for integrated campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation across the division and geographical markets.

Marketing Execution Excellence:

  • Campaign Development: Develop comprehensive tactical plans and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting Leasing Advisory mandates.
  • Project Leadership: Lead complex marketing projects that support the delivery of integrated Leasing Advisory marketing objectives across multiple AM markets.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure all marketing activities across regions and countries align with broader marketing communication efforts and key messages for the service lines.

Content and Digital Marketing:

  • Thought Leadership Development: Work closely with AM Research teams and business leaders to develop content strategies for integrated marketing campaigns around thought leadership products, ensuring activities are leveraged across multiple channels.
  • Digital Strategy Integration: Collaborate with digital teams to develop and deliver sophisticated digital solutions that support the Leasing Advisory client acquisition and retention.
  • Social Media Leadership: Provide strategic oversight for deploying social media assets across local market channels, leveraging them for relevant cross-divisional marketing campaigns.

Event Management and Client Engagement:

  • Strategic Event Oversight: Direct large-scale client and internal events across multiple teams, including venue selection, invitation coordination, event collateral preparation, logistics and post-event evaluation.
  • Client Communication Strategy: Coordinate the compilation, creation and distribution of regular and ad-hoc client communications across Leasing Advisory, including effective use of CRM systems.
  • Brand Management: Provide strategic advice and guidance to business stakeholders on JLL brand application across client and vendor-specific applications.

Measurement and Analytics:

  • Performance Analysis: Provide comprehensive measurement and ROI analysis across integrated projects and campaigns for Leasing Advisory initiatives.
  • Metrics Tracking: Develop and maintain sophisticated tracking systems for marketing and communications metrics, generating strategic monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement data-driven improvements to marketing strategies based on performance analytics.

Administration:

  • Work with Creative Services (the firm's internal production team) to ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the JLL's brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, when required, to save cost or add value to the delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain project files, including budgets, production schedules, and completed samples.
  • Track marketing and communications metrics and generate monthly/quarterly reports.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing experience in fast-paced, multinational organizations, preferably in professional services industries.
  • Commercial Real Estate Expertise: Proven experience in commercial real estate marketing with exposure to leasing advisory services.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience managing marketing teams and substantial marketing budgets.

Core Competencies:

  • Strategic Marketing Excellence: Exceptional brand and product marketing planning and execution skills with proven ability to deliver multi-market, multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Advanced understanding of digital marketing processes, techniques and tactics across multiple channels.
  • Investment Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment markets and real estate markets, with financial services or investment banking experience highly advantageous.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at the most senior levels and manage complex projects across multiple services and geographies.
  • Operational Excellence: Proactive, flexible approach with ability to meet tight deadlines and willingness to travel extensively within AM (primarily US) as required.

Estimated compensation for this position:

185,000.00 - 225,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
