Atlantic Union's Diversity Summer Internship program is a professional development opportunity for local diverse students to gain practical work experience, helping students become better prepared to enter into the financial industry post-graduation. Students have the ability to build professional networks, and receive training and mentoring throughout the program. Atlantic Union's Community Impact Team Intern Program is designed to give college students an introduction into project coordination, data management, and stakeholder communication while gaining insight into how a financial institution drives meaningful community impact. It is our intent to give the Intern real assignments. Assignments that stretch the Intern, provide the Intern with valuable experience, and allow the Intern to contribute to the Community Impact Team Department.
