As a Wealth Management Professional, you will be a critical link, directly engaging with clients and Ayco Advisors. You'll move beyond traditional support, actively contributing to client success through strategic operational management, proactive risk mitigation, and the generation of insightful investment ideas. This role offers the opportunity to shape client outcomes and contribute to the strategic direction of our services.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Strategic Client Partnership: Collaborate with Goldman Sachs Ayco Advisors, acting as a trusted partner to deliver unparalleled service and strategic insights to their clients.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs and proactively develop and recommend innovative solutions for complex investment-related transactions and service inquiries.
  • Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Oversee and optimize operational workflows, manage cash balances, facilitate private banking services, and ensure meticulous execution of transactions, adhering to the highest standards of compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Lead the seamless onboarding process for new client accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Client Engagement & Education: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, resolving time-sensitive issues and educating potential new clients on our comprehensive reporting and digital capabilities.
  • Leadership & Mentorship (for experienced Analysts): Potentially guide and mentor junior Analysts, providing workflow oversight and serving as a key resource for escalated issues, contributing to team development and operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Contribution: Actively contribute to the evolving needs of the business, taking on additional duties as assigned by leadership to support strategic initiatives.



WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess:



  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree is essential.
  • Professional Certifications: Current Series 7 & 63 licenses, or the commitment to obtain them within 4 months of hire.
  • Industry Passion: A genuine and demonstrable interest in the financial services industry and capital markets.
  • Dynamic Work Ethic: Proven ability to thrive in both autonomous and highly collaborative team settings, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $55000-$75000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
