Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Reston, VA MUST: Experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience 3+ years experience managing people. Experience in a high-growth PE backed government contracting or federal IT services environment strongly preferred. Proven track record of scaling FP&A processes as revenue, headcount, and contract complexity increase. Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling. Deep understanding of GovCon financial dynamics, including labor-based revenue models, indirect rate structures, and pricing considerations. Ability to operate comfortably at both tactical and strategic levels. Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership. Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency. Significant experience with Deltek Costpoint Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. DUTIES: The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis serves as the CFO's primary partner for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in a high-growth private equity backed federal IT services company. This role owns day-to-day FP&A execution while playing an increasingly strategic role in growth planning, financial decision-making, and FP&A maturity. This position will own the company's forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting to executive leadership and PE sponsors. With a strong focus on EBITDA growth, cash flow optimization, and scalability, this role plays a critical part in supporting organic initiatives, M&A activity, and exit readiness. Success requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings both analytical rigor and business partnership to the organization.
