Trimble is looking for a collaborative leader to champion our quote-to-cash process within the Transportation and Logistics segment. In this role, you will drive the efficiency and accuracy that allows a global network of shippers and carriers to move freight safer and more reliably every single day. T&L: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight-bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs. What Makes This Role Great In this role, you will be the strategic architect of our Deal Desk operations, directly influencing revenue velocity and shaping the commercial frameworks that power our global logistics technology. You will have the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between Sales, Finance, and Legal, serving as a pivotal leader who transforms complex business challenges into streamlined, scalable operational successes. Key Exciting Responsibilities * Orchestrate the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and compliance from initial quote to final order booking. * Lead and mentor a talented team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, high accuracy, and elite customer service. * Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Legal teams to structure complex, non-standard deals and develop innovative pricing solutions. * Spearhead the optimization of Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools to automate workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making across the segment. * Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership by monitoring key performance indicators related to deal cycle times and processing efficiency. Essential Skills & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in operations, with a strong background in B2B SaaS or technology environments. * Proven track record of team leadership or project management, with the ability to coach and develop diverse talent. * Technical proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools to drive business outcomes and process automation. * Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations. Bonus Points For * Experience with customer success platforms or support ticketing systems. * Background specifically within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology sectors. * Advanced expertise in streamlining complex deal structures for global sales organizations. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
