About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Product & Innovation HR team within Gore Medical. In this role you will provide strategic, consultation and thought leadership to leaders and their teams to forecast, identify, build and implement proactive business and talent solutions that align with enterprise people strategies. All responsibilities rest on a foundation of using data driven decisions. We see our HR team members as business leaders, making decisions and influencing through a people lens. Note:A hybrid work arrangement is preferred for this position;howeverremote agreements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities
Provide HR leadership and partner with management to support the full associate and leader lifecycle Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and processes using data and metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead Performance Management and Compensation Review processes for business groups, ensuring rigor, consistency, and effective talent calibration and succession planning Partner with client group leaders on Talent Review processes and the development of targeted development plans for leaders and associates Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and resolution of associate concerns, to ensure fair and consistent application of policy Collaborate on the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned to organizational priorities Maintain awareness of industry trends and employment legislation to inform HR practices Manage large-scale HR initiatives for client groups, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and organizational restructuring Design and implement associate recognition programs to reinforce engagement and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership role Demonstrated capability in leadership coaching, complex facilitation, contracting, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational design and development Experience driving and implementing integrated talent management processes Strong working knowledge and practical application of HR policies, practices, and processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization Demonstrated credibility through integrity, accountability, and follow-through; proactive mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and act as a trusted thought partner Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments with risk and uncertainty Experience working effectively in international environments and across time zones, with willingness to travel approximately 15-25%
Desired Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of progressively complex HR experience, including employee relations, compensation, and organizational design Prior experience within Clinical Development, Pharmaceutical, and/or Medical Device industries SPHR, GPHR, or equivalent senior-level HR certification preferred
