About the Role
The HR Operations Specialist at Gore plays a key role in enabling efficient HR operations by supporting core processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality service to Associates and leaders. This role focuses on day-to-day HR operational activities, including HR systems support, compliance, associate relations, and continuous process improvement, while contributing to a consistent and positive Associate experience. Note:This position may be based at our Phoenix or Flagstaff, Arizona facilities, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement based on business needs
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Develop and maintain global SLAs and operational KPIs across the HR function, partnering with Data Analytics to deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting that enables data-driven decision-making
- Standardize, consolidate, and maintain HR SOPs and job aids, establishing a centralized resource hub for consistent and easy access
- Partner across HR and with business leaders to drive process improvements and ensure consistent global HR practices
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a standardized HR service delivery model; monitor performance, assess functional health, and recommend enhancements
- Provide consultative support to HR Business Partners on critical HR operations processes (e.g., transitions, ADA accommodations, severance, separation protocols)
- Support audits and compliance activities to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements
- Contribute to HR projects, technology implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives, including leading or supporting special projects as assigned
Associate Experience & Engagement
- Partner with the Center Compliance team to standardize HR policy and process formats and establish a clear review cadence
- Oversee and maintain key HR Operations processes, including Associate Transitions, the Waterline Severance Program, and ADA accommodations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive Associate experience
- Provide timely and accurate responses to Associate and leader inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Lead the design and implementation of the HR Training Hub and onboarding tools; facilitate onboarding and training for new Medical HR Associates
- Review and assess policy update requests for the Medical OpCo, partnering with Center Compliance to ensure accurate updates and effective implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 4 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or related HR support roles Experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Workday, or similar platforms, with a strong understanding of data management best practices Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset Experience working in a global or matrixed organization preferred
