Job Description

This role is based in our New York office.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Cannes Lions Partnership team as a Project Coordinator. Based in New York City, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious global events in the creative and marketing industries. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the team's efforts to deliver exceptional partnership experiences, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, track project timelines, and maintain accurate documentation to support the team's operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Event Coordination: Support the preparation and logistics for Cannes Lions-related events, including partner activations, meetings, and presentations.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update project tracking tools, reports, and databases to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges and proactively suggest solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Internship or 1 year of experience in project coordination, event planning, or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The expected pa for this role is $24-$28/hr based on experience
