As a Manager, Performance & Analytics, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data analysis and actionable insights. Your mission will be to take existing data analyses and weave them into engaging stories that resonate with stakeholders across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with data analysts, designers, and other teams to create data-driven narratives that drive business outcomes. This leader must be a highly analytical, detail-oriented problem solver who is able to find innovative solutions to challenges in undefined environments.
Responsibilities
Data Narrative & Communication
*Synthesize multiple data sets & sources to create cohesion & recommendations.
*Understand the context and implications of data findings.
*Contextualize data findings within the broader business landscape.
*Perform competitor and PEST analyses to analyse data insights against the global landscape.
*Identify patterns, trends, and outliers.
*Craft compelling narratives around data insights.
*Develop verbal and written storylines that resonate with diverse audiences.
*Social listening.
*Mining user sentiment through consumer reviews & Qualtrics.
*Create visual representations (charts, graphs, diagrams) to enhance storytelling.
*Collaborate with designers to present data in an engaging and memorable way.
*Communicate recommendations and actions based on data insights.
Collaboration & Measurement
*Work closely with data teams across the business, support with marketing requirements for attribution modelling, to help CEM teams unlock more value from their channels.
*Act as liaison between Analytics team dashboards and feeding performance back to the "Pod" teams to help facilitate decisioning around which content programs should be enabled.
*Work closely with forecasting and commercial teams.
*Work with UX teams to unlock the Voice of the Player & user testing insights etc.
*Loop in stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
*Support with search demand reporting and helping drive insights to enable CEM actions.
*Understand business goals and impact areas.
*Build and maintain a marketing measurement framework.
*Ensure KPI alignment across teams & projects, where applicable.
*Translate KPIs into success stories (what does good look like).
*Support CEM channels with benchmarking.
Qualifications
*A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
*5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
*Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis software.
*Understanding of business operations and strategy to drive outcomes with data insights.
*Knowledge of at least one digital reporting suite, such as Adobe Experience Cloud or Google Analytics.
Preferred Skills
*Ability to understand and interpret complex data analyses.
*Proficiency in transforming data into compelling narratives.
*Strong skills to effectively convey insights to various stakeholders and powerful PowerPoint skills.
*Experience working with data analysts, designers, and other teams.
*Ability to create engaging and informative presentations or reports.
*Demonstrates a sense of awareness and ability to recognize areas of opportunity.
